Marketing Strategy
•Produced the Gear Coop branding and Magento-based multi-store ecommerce platform.
•Hired, built, and managed a marketing and eCommerce team of 9 employees. Created and managed an annual budget of $625k.
•Oversaw all marketing strategy, concepts, creative direction and implementation for Gear Coop’s 3 business channels: Amazon FBA web store, a 3000 sq. ft. retail space, and six eCommerce websites. •Manages 25,000 live skus.
